ONBOARDING OVERVIEW
To give your onboarding process some context, these pages explain the main steps we go through to move you from the current approach you use to log-on and store data, to the SMB Secured-IT approach. We want to use this as an opportunity to be on same page to ensure you and your team are aware of the changes that will take place and avoid any surprises.
THE ONBOARDING PROCESS: MFA
MFA (or Multifactor Authentication) provides an additional layer of security when logging into your device and email. In addition your password, we use the Microsoft Authenticator app for the second layer of protection. The Microsoft Authenticator app gets installed on your mobile device.
