Rusty Sailors

As Chairman/CEO, first and foremost, Rusty maintains a constant view on the evolution and growth of the company to keep pace with industry changes in technology and changes in customer needs. Rusty also serves as Chairman of the Board for the non-profit Protecting Tomorrow, has served on the Executive Board for the Corporate Affiliates Program (CAP) for over ten years at UCSD and was selected as the 2010 Fellow at the Gordon Center Jacobs School of Engineering. Rusty also serves on the Cyber Technical Advisory Panel for National University and judges graduating masters students. A Disabled Veteran, Rusty served in the Air Force supporting special operations and the intelligence community.

Sam ensures the company is executing effectively and maintains its strong focus on supporting its customers and employees. Sam has provided guidance and coaching to emerging tech companies in San Diego. He has been sought after for guidance on funding prep and go to market strategies.
Sam pushes to make an impact in the San Diego cyber security industry through thought leadership, an ever increasing industry presence and outside the box innovation. Sam serves on the EO San Diego and EOA SD boards. Sam is also the Executive Director of the non-profit Protecting Tomorrow.
